Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We always offer FREE Shipping over $150. All orders under $150 incur a $8 flat rate shipping fee.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees and come visit us at our Essex location for local pick up. Just choose this option at check out and your order will be available for pick up within 24 hours. You will be notified by email when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11:00am-5:00pm on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
